Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band established out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constructed from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his adolescence friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), consisting of their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
